Is it possible to pay by, for example, Dotpay or some other payment method? I don't have PayPal. Does hex v2 original also work with version 20.4.2 is also in Polish or only 19.6.1.

Can I use it for 2012 VW CC 2.0 TSI?

Answer: Thanks for your question. Normally the VCDS Hex-V2 can support the Vehicle you need to work. Just Hex-V2 is better to cars since 2017 till latest.For cars in 2012, it's better to have VCDS (DF473) in our website.

Did you really test this Hex V2 with official 20.4.2 VCDS ? Lot of people reported locked hardware asking for Firmware update ?

How to update Firmware ?

Answer: Hello friend, thanks for your question, our VCDS Hex-v2 can use with the 20.4.2 version in official website without problem. For other people said locked hardware, i am not sure if they use the same one with ours. 

For firmware update, we have a loader to help with it. Usually the loader is for multi-language use, it also supports update firmware. Just use the latest version of loader.

Question4:

Would like to know, this is YOUR best Vagcom clone, or is this the best vagcom clone available in the internet, Dutch need with loader? and the loader itself never needs update?

How to start the VCDS software:

1. Install the VCDS software with driver.

2. Connect the VCDS device to your PC.

3. Start the loader. The VCDS device will be reprogrammed automatically.

4. Start the VCDS software from its icon at the desktop. Don't use the loader anymore.

5. Use device test option in menu and save.
